Terms of Use

 

This “Terms of Use” applies to all Amentum developed, owned and/or licensed software applications including but not limited to the following,

Costpoint, Onbase, OnPoint, AmentumMRO, Sharepoint, Workday, ADP etc (collectively “the Software Applications”).

The Software Applications may use numerous open-source libraries governed by various license agreements including but not limited to the following - MIT, BSD, GPL, GNU, LGPL, Apache, and MS-PL (Microsoft Public License). The Software Applications also may use a number of proprietary libraries provided by third-parties as part of license agreements to Amentum.

If a  Software Application is designed, developed and owned by Amentum in its entirety, including specifically AmentumMRO and OnPoint, no parts of it may be copied, reverse engineered, translated for further use, or used in any way other than for the purposes set forth in these terms and any related agreements between the Parties.

The software application is hosted by Amentum (or its partners/vendors) including its associated components and users are provided access for the sole purpose of facilitating business transactions between the parties, as governed by applicable agreements.  

Amentum will store data associated with any user transactions in the databases associated with the software application. Access to data uploaded to Amentum software systems will be governed by the terms of any applicable Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) between the parties.

Expectations of users

You are expected to use the software through the access mechanism provided solely for transacting business. Your access may be revoked at any time without notice, if access and use is deemed to be in non-conformance with this document or any Amentum Policies and Procedures.

You may not share user accounts with others in your organization. User accounts are meant solely for the person to whom they are assigned.

You are expected to securely maintain the user id, password and any associated authentication mechanisms and not share any of that information with unauthorized third parties. If you determine there has been a misuse of your credentials, you should report it immediately through the Amentum service desk at 8172246500 .

If you are an Amentum employee, your access is governed by Amentum Policies and Procedures. Amentum employees are required to complete mandatory Cybersecurity Awareness training. Some data in the system you are accessing may be considered Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the handing, storage, and transmission of CUI,

If you are not an Amentum employee, you are required to have completed Cybersecurity awareness training either provided by your organization or available here - https://securityawareness.usalearning.gov/cybersecurity/index.htm. Some data in the system you are accessing may be considered Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the handing, storage, and transmission of CUI,

and remain informed of any updated requirements. You are required to provide additional care in protecting and securing your use of the data and the system. Warranties and Liabilities

Amentum provides no warranties on the use of the software application and the parties agree to waive any applicable warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law. Your use of the software and storage of any data will be governed by Amentum’s existing cyber security policies.

Privacy Policy

Amentum’s privacy policy will apply for use of the product.
